It was quite fat.
This caterpillar looked friendlier than the hairy caterpillar. It had smoother skin which was light-green in colour. It tried to tell you that it has thorns on its body by using the eye-catching silver spots and each silver spot was circled within the red colour line. Its colours and shape showed that it was afraid to be touched.
The caterpillar said, “I have no intention to hurt you. But please don’t touch me or else you will get hurt. I feel not comfortable to be touched. The Mother Nature gave me the thorns to protect me and I have no choice that I have to use it.”
I was holding the willow leaves while taking the photos. Again, this caterpillar had the mechanism to prevent itself from falling down. It was different from the hairy caterpillar. It only use its mouth and hold very tightly to prevent itself from falling onto the ground.

It took me few minutes to use the manual focus and to take this picture. At this point I noticed that it start to panic. It shook its body and created quite a strong force and made the leave shook as well. I know that it noticed me and it was trying to tell me that my camera was ugly and looked scary. It shook more and more frequently and I had to finish taking its pictures as fast as I could. I left it alone and hoped that it won’t feel scary anymore.
I am not sure why it shook it body actually. May be it feel cold, may be it want to remove the water on its body or may be I had made it feel scary?
[Again, this is a short post while I am taking a break from my busy job. I will continue the stories of “Photography and me” soon.]
