It depends on what type of plant. The life of plants such as cactus can be safe even two third of its body is dried up, but not all type of plants can survive. If it is small in size, you can pass it to SiewPeng, and we see what we can do about it.

You can put a pot of plant beside your cat's house, just like Ah Wong. No need to remove any grass from the pot. Cat usually prefer grass than the plant.

Sorry for letting your comment waiting so long before it appears. Something is wrong with our modem/router here and we are taking turn to get online because only one computer can connect to the internet at the same time.

Yes, you are right. Cats like to use their tongues to clean their body, that’s where the hairballs come from.

We as humans like to eat fried food but do not know how to get rid of the useless cholesterol from our body, that’s why we get sick. But I think nobody is going to eat grass. :p We should eat more fruit and vegetable.

I think animals are very wise. They know how to cure themselves. I guess the cat threw out the hair ball from his stomach because cats usually use their tongues to clean their body. not only for themselves, but also for others. Dogs also eat grass when they are sick. So far, I didn't see any hair ball for the dogs cases.
