The petals have gone, what does it mean?  It is not true if you think negatively that it means the end of love or relationship.  It has 2 choices.  First it will produce fruit and seed.  (If the flower ovary were getting bigger, I will show you next time.)

Second, she lets its petals go, the petals drop onto the soil, and fertilize her more.  There is a sentence in Chinese,  ”Luo4 Hong2 Bu2 Shi4 Wu2 Qing1  Wu4 , Hua4 Zuo4 Chun4 Ni2 Gen4 Hu4 Hua1.” - by GongZiZhen (1792—1841) It means:-

“Luo Hong” - red flower that has dropped
“Bu Shi” - is not
“Wu Qing Wu” - thing that are feelingless,

“Hua Zuo” - turning into
“Chun Ni” -  soil in the spring season
“Gen Hu Hua” - makes the flower (plant) grow better.

Even after the petaless rose has dried, it still smells nice.

There is a small part of the lyric in a song by ZhaoChuan (a Taiwan Chinese singer), “Xi3 Huan1 Rong2 Yi4 Diao1 Xie4 De4 Dong1 Xi1, Xiang4 Ni3 Mei3 Li4 De4 Lian3″.  It means ,”I like the thing that easily wither, like your beautiful face.” If you sing this song to your girlfriend or your wife, she will give you a punch on your face.

There is nothing wrong for a flower that has withered, it is just a process.  The love will last forever (if you believe about reincarnation), the love will continue in the next life.  Or at least the love will last until the end of this life.

The flower has withered, but the rose plant is still alive.  The beautiful face may have gone but the heart is still there.

Writing Chinese in A-Z

You may have noticed that I have been using ABC to write Chinese Word.  The main reason is because I found that not every computer can display Chinese characters.  There are many format in Chinese characters, Big5, GB, Simplified, Traditional etc.   It may not be displayed properly in some computer even it is set to UTF-8.

Second, even some computers can display Chinese characters, some of the readers cannot read (pronounce) the words.  If you know “Han4Yu3Pin4Yin1″, you can understand what I wrote.  :)
