In photography, focusing is the most important thing.
If a photo is out of focus, 99% chances the photo is useless.

Same thing happens in our life, we have goals that to be focused onto.
What would one look like if he / she lose focus on goals?

I still remember in one of my job as an IT personnel, I was told to set the KRA (Key Results Area) for the coming year.  It was the time for me to make decision about which divisions within my job scopes were to be focused and how much weight for each of them.

It is the end of a year again, have you started to think about your new year resolutions for 2010?  Sit down and think about it and you will be able to focus on what you want in your life.
