Look carefully at the roof of the pergola.

There are mini statues on each corner of the fence.

They even decorate the roof tiles.  Amazing.

The building structure look extremely rich in colours.  There are red, green blue,orange/golden and white.

In between the staircase on the upper floor, there is a 3D dragon.

I like this wide area.  It makes this place look like a palace.

The white stones benches are perfectly match to the colour of the floor and the fence.

The white concrete fences decorated with carvings can be seen around the temple and they create beautiful outline of the building.

The stone pillars are also in white and carved with big dragon.

Can I call it a door?  But the door is no where to be seen.  It is a round shape hole on the wall to allow people walking pass to another section.  It is labeled with 2 Chinese characters (reading from right to left), “ZhaiYue” which means pluck the moon.

If I am not mistaken, this is the seat for the god, which they put it aside and do not use it temporary.

This is the place where the prayers put their incense sticks.

I mentioned about the bell and the drum in the previous post.  Here it is.

Since they are too high on the ceiling of the pergola, the bell and drum seem can be operated electrically.  This is the first time I see this type of bell and drum in a temple.

Next I will show you the garden in Thean Hou Temple.
