As I mentioned before, there were monkeys along the staircase going up Batu Caves.  The mother monkey was catching fleas on the baby monkey’s hair.  The motherly love can be seen and this is another evident to prove that animals also have the feeling of love.

The baby monkey has stored some food in its mouth.  Monkeys can store a lot of food in their mouth, and they will eat the food slowly later.

This was another mother monkey.

Look carefully, the baby monkey was hugging the mother monkey, and the mother monkey carried the baby monkey everywhere she went.  They shared food too.  Look at them, they are eating coconut.

A shy monkey.

This was the monkey that took away the peanuts from a foreigner visitor’s hand, and that girl was shocked.

A monkey eating bananas.  It held the rest of the bananas with its legs.

This was the greedy monkey that put a lot of food in its mouth.

 This monkey was enjoying the potato chips.

“Wow… food!!!”, said the monkey and the next second, it jumped towards the food.

Someone fed the monkey with kacang putih (a type of pea), and made the staircase dirty.  There is nothing wrong in feeding the monkey, but there is a better way to do that in order to make sure that the cleanliness and tidiness of this famous tourist spot are well kept.  :)
