Another highlight in the bird park - the hornbills. They have long, down-curved bill and sometimes has a casque on the upper mandible (which is the unique feature of hornbills).

Trumpeter Hornbill.

Wreathed hornbill. I can identify it by its striped shaped casque and light blue neck.
Wreathed hornbill looks funny and cute. Its bill is quite big and not really balanced compared to its body’s size. I thought I can only see a big-bill bird in cartoon, but I saw a real one with my own eyes.

Asian Black Hornbill. Hello, can you close your upper and lower bill properly? Why is there a hole in between?
There is a type of hornbill - Rhinoceros Hornbill (Burung Enggang Badak or Burung Kenyalang in Malay). It can be found in Sarawak. Therefore Sarawak has a nickname - Bumi Kenyalang (which means the world of Rhinoceros Hornbill).
