We went to a big lake where there are countless of big and small water lily leaves.  We did not use a boat but we used our eyes to see and heart to feel the surrounding of the big lake.  We enjoyed the liveliness and peacefulness of this beautiful place.

The lake is big until we can’t see the shore of the opposite side.  We saw some dolphins jumping out of the water surface.  Some waterbirds were walking on the water while some were flying in the sky.

Well, it was actually the big bucket of my father where the water lilies are grown.

At a certain angle where I placed my camera, the blue bucket has turned into the sky as the background for the water lilies.

Actually, I wanted to take the photo of the reflection.

As I have shown you before, there are 3 types of water lilies live in this “lake”.

1.  Dark pink water lily.
2.  Pink water lily.
3.  Purple water lily.

The leaf in dark colour above belongs to the dark pink water lily.  Although they have limited space, but they take turns to bloom.

This leaf was dotted.  It might be attacked by sickness, or it is the sign of its age.  Soon, the whole leaf will turn brown.

A toad or frog has made this place its home.  We can find some tadpoles easily in the water.

This is another medium-sized bucket filled with water lilies, but it does not look like a lake.

Humans might not call them a lake, but I am sure the ants will …
