A1.  Anyone may give it different names (the cloud may look like a car or many other objects), but its shape in photos would not change even if we use different camera with ordinary lenses.
A2i.  Anyone may get different shapes of the cloud if different lenses, or optical tools (for example haha mirror etc.) are used, but the shape of the cloud in the sky at a certain moment would not be changed by different lenses.

A2ii.  Anyone may get different shape of the cloud if he/she took the photo at different locations, but the shape of the cloud in the sky at a certain moment would not be changed also.
B1.  However, the cloud changed every moment by many factors most importantly the wind, and other things such as gravity, temperature, air pressure etc. but the molecules of H2O of the cloud are still the same.

Therefore,
A1 has Dynamic Camera, Static Lense, Static Location, Static Time. - Same shape in Photo.
A2i has Dynamic Lense, Static Location, Static Time. - Same shape on the  Sky.

A2ii has Dynamic Location, Static Time. - Same shape on the Sky.
B1 has Dynamic Time. - Same molecules of H2O.

Finally,
A1, A2i and A2ii are the statements under the consideration of shape and space (3D), and B1 takes the consideration of time.
Conclusion,

Things that have been happening always remain the same as it is at a particular moment, but different people would have different point of view because it reflects in our eyes, ears, nose, and other senses differently.  And all these different thoughts, and thoughts that lead to actions will not change the things that happen at a particular moment, but will change it over the time.

Therefore 1.[we cannot say others opinions are wrong, but we can say someone senses something different from us], or 2.[ours or other party’s sensors need calibration only then it can be the same as our sensor].  And [no sensor are 100% accurate including our own sensor].
The sensor here can be our body sensor, or our judgement on anything in this universe.

I would like to thank a Doctor who told me that, don’t say that someone is bad, but we can express our opinions that someone’s action is bad in an appropiate way.

Someone is bad.  - False
Someone has done something bad, his/her action is bad. - True
Someone has given bad words, his/her words are bad. - True
If we can seperate a person and his/her action (which we usually associate them), we may reduce a lot of unnecessary conflicts.

As the night slowly crept away and the dawn came to take place, we had an acquaintance with the lovely sunrise.  It was a refreshing morning and we were fortunate enough to be able to catch this beautiful view at the corridor outside the hotel room.

According to some findings on Wikipedia, one should not confuse dawn with sunrise as dawn is the (variously defined) point at which the sky begins to lighten, some time before the sun itself appears, ending twilight.  Sunrise however, is the instant at which the upper edge of the Sun appears above the horizon in the east.

What does sunrise mean to you?

Couples shown in movies like to stay up all night on the beach just to wait for the sunrise because it is romantic. But to be on the safe side, you have to make sure it’s a weekend.  You don’t want to fall asleep at your desk with your boss standing in front of you. Do you think watching sunrise is romantic?

Well, from another point of view, sunrise is the beginning of a new day.  This is a fact that can’t be denied.  How many of us actually know that it is a new day when it is a new day? A funny but meaningful question. Think about it.

A new day means our lives has become shorter.  Every second that has passed us by will not return anymore.  It is very important to realize what we are doing every second is meaningful so that our lives can be content and not wasted just like that.  Have you called or hugged your loved ones today?

Sunrise can be a new beginning.

A new beginning to a new born.
A new beginning to a new job.
A new beginning to a new project.
A new beginning to a new friendship.
A new beginning to a couple who fought the night before.

There’s a Chinese saying that goes (translated), ‘A whole-year’s plan starts in spring, A whole-day’s plan starts in the morning.’.  Planning is essential to ensure what we want to achieve be done in a smooth way with possible difficulties decreased to the least.  You might get more brilliant ideas if you are planning your day while enjoying the sunrise.

Do you think the sunrise picture above resembles the sea and the seaside?  I think it looks like the sea during dusk.

If you are still wriggling in bed, you better get up because slowly the sunlight will force itself through your window into your room.  You might have a curtain but you still can’t stop the Sun to pay you a visit every day.  And the Sun is a good doctor because it will ‘roast’ all the lazy worms in us and wake us up to our routine.

Romance, a new day, a new beginning, a new life…the Sun appears and brighten up every living beings with new hopes.  It burns itself without any frustration or complaints.  Let’s not disappoint the Sun and waste its effort.  Be happy! Be positive! Have a wonderful weekend!

We have a small beehive come naturally at the right place.  It is inside our room’s window but outside of the sliding mosquito net.  Therefore we do not have to worry about being stung.  I like its natural shape, their doors are artistically arranged, and each door is different but has similar size.  The whole structure seems to be made of soil and I am sure that the bees have used something to make it strong.

It appeared since years ago actually, and started with one or two holes only, and slowly getting bigger.  I had told them that this is my place but I let them stay with the condition that they do not hurt me.  After months, they grew until this size and stopped.  Now they had abandoned their home.

I feel sorry because I have caused them to leave because sometimes I need to close the windows due of strong wind or heavy rain, the worst thing was I needed to close the windows if I go traveling for a week or two, and they totally lost their access to their home or getting out to search for honey.

Slowly and finally and I did not remember when, non of the bees stayed and they only left us with their construction.

Do you believe that human can communicate with animals?  The communication does not have to be verbal, it can be using feeling, thinking, emotion, body language and action.  I have some proves.

1.  Look at those people having pets, the owner love his/her pet, and the pet love its owner.

2.  Many stories tell that animals (bird, dog, horse or other animal) can lead human from one place to another place.

3.  A story that I read years ago tell that…  A fisherman always met a large group of seagulls when he was fishing in the middle of ocean and they had became great friends.  The seagulls always accompanied the fisherman and they were very happy.  One day, the fisherman told his friend about the seagulls, but his friend had a bad idea and asked the fisherman to catch a seagull so that he would believe what the fisherman had said.  The fisherman went out to the sea again, and from that day onward, no seagull stopped at his boat again.

Animals understand and can read our mind, be nice to all the animals.  We can communicate with animals by showing our kindness.

The leaves are hairy, semi-transparent and soft, they are hanging on hard branches. Most importantly, each leaf comes in a pair of wings which makes me call them butterflies. It can be a weed in the garden, but we purposely planted it because I like its leaves.

The light came through the leaves. Backlighting is always challanging, but with bracketing mode, it’s not a problem for me. Other problems that I need to take care of are 1) blur - this picture is not sharp enough, 2) there are distracting things at the 3 edges of the photo.

Should I call it a lomo photo? No, it is not fair to lomography if I categorise all my unsuccessful photos as lomography :p. But I take what I like to take and I post what I like to post. What should I call it?

Lesson learned, should use tripod next time and check the photo in camera before leaving. Rushing cannot produce good photo.

But usually when we take group photo, we are forced to rush, someone may start complaining after a few seconds of holding breath and silently waiting for the shutter sound or flash light. Someone may not be able to hold his/her smile. If the photo is not nice, repeating of taking the photo will waste everybody’s time and test the group’s patience.

Whereas for flower, grass, leaves and natural things, we can take their photos slowly, because they are not going to complain. The biggest trouble is the wind that makes them move left and right, up and down.

I believe this photo looks better in small size. If I enlarge it, it seems that there is something wrong with the composition.

Size of Photos

We went to a photographs exhibition months ago, all the photos were in big sizes, at least 10R and above. A few of them may even reached 100 inches. While we walked around, I started thinking about if they appear as thumbnail in computer, they may not be as attractive. Whereas, some of my photos, if I enlarge it, it may not look nice as well. May be I need to move a step backward to look at the photo when it is enlarged. (I am comparing in terms of composition, but not its resolution, of course the higher the resolution, the better quality it can be enlarged to.)

It was a Sunday morning while we were preparing our breakfast, we found bugs in the 3-in-1 instant cereal that we have bought!!!

After I put the cereal into my cup and before I pour the hot water, I noticed that some tiny things in black were crawling in my cup. I looked carefully and found that there were bugs that similar to the rice bugs.

I have no mood to have breakfast anymore, but I quickly grabbed my camera and started shooting. The picture above were taken at a very close distance therefore the flash light of my camera was blocked by the lense of the camera.

Let’s get closer. There are 7 bugs in this picture.

I can imagine they were having fun because they have endless of food for their whole life to consume.

There was a hairy caterpillar-like bugs crawling out from the cereal that buried it for quite sometime.

Its hair were stuck with the milk powder in the instant cereal.

Look at the expiry date, it was 2 Sept 2010.

Can we claim our right for that? We have thrown the packet away (it was disgusting for us), but we still have the photos.

We are not showing the brand name of this cereal because not every packet has bugs, and we don’t want to spoil the reputation of that food manufacturer without proper investigation and explanation from them, but we will reserve our right to claim our loss.

We have 3 reminders:-

1. Don’t drink anything in dark like what I did before, you are not going to know what have gone into your stomach.

2. To the manufacturer, becareful and take better control at the packaging stage.

We have thrown everything away, and we are not going to take this type of instant cereal (even other brands) for months or even years.

3. Finally, we would like to remind you however, cereals (without bugs) are nutritious breakfast.
