The “young explorers” have grown!

This is how they look like now. Their fur has grown darker and seems like their looks have also changed a little bit.

Do pardon me for the pictures. It’s so difficult to capture them. They became hyperactive when I let them out. And plus I’m not a very good photographer like Colin so you have to bear with these pictures at the moment.

Well…I personally like this one. This was the only good close up that I can get.

These are some of Teacher Santhi’s and her students’ works.

A school of fish. This activity is not only to learn how to describe fish in groups but is also a writing activity. The fish can be flipped open and inside you’ll find a story written by the children. Children can always come out with amazing ideas and fantastic contents with their imagination and creativity. The activity also brings writing alive by having colours and interactive pictures to help children with their story creation.

The character in the display is called Trig. This activity teaches children the usage of “can” and “can’t / cannot” to talk about ability.

Alright, I’m really excited about this one. I borrowed the Dinoland background from Teacher Santhi and did a simple project on dinosaurs with the kids.

The project turned out well and they loved it.

They also learned quite a few things about dinosaurs.

After Luki, here comes Caelifera, the immature grasshopper.

Sometimes, they are referred to as short-horned grasshopper.
